A few requirements to qualify for the First Time Homebuyer program:

At least one member on the loan must be a first-time home buyer
The First Time Homebuyer must complete the online First Time Homebuyer class via HomeView (Trademarked-FNMA)
700 Minimum Credit Score
Only 5% Down Payment Required*
30-Year Fixed Rate
Minimum (1-2 Units) – Single Family Detached and Attached – Condos – 2 Units – 3-4 Units (80 LTV Max)
