Make a Loan Payment

There are many ways you can make a loan payment for IC loans.

 

Here’s how:

1. Use IC Online Banking.

For New Online Banking Users:

1. 1. Enroll in IC Online Banking (you’ll need your first and last name, member number)
   2. Once you’re enrolled, log in and click or tap ‘Make a Payment’
   3. Click or tap ‘Schedule Onetime Payment’
   4. Choose Payment Method
   5. Choose ‘New Bank Account’
   6. Enter your external banking information
   7. Choose you payment date, and payment Amount
   8. Click or tap ‘Continue’

For Existing Online Banking Users – paying from a different Financial Institution:

1. 1. Log in with your current credentials.
   2. Click or tap ‘Make a Payment’
   3. Click or tap ‘Schedule Onetime Payment’
   4. Choose Payment Method
   5. Choose ‘New Bank Account’
   6. Enter your external banking information
   7. Choose you payment date, and payment Amount
   8. Click or tap ‘Continue’

For Existing Online Banking Users – paying from an IC account:

1. 1. Log in with your current credentials.
   2. Tap the loan you are looking to pay
   3. Click or tap ‘Pay’
   4. Select the account you want to use to fund the payment
   5. Enter in the payment details (amount and date)
   6. Review the Transfer
   7. Click or tap ‘Submit’

 

2. From Your Primary Financial Institution.

Contact your primary Financial Institution to set up a recurring payment. You’ll just need IC’s routing number (211382850) and your loan account number. Alternatively, you can also set up a bill payment using your financial institution’s bill payer service.

 

3. Over the Phone

1. 1. Call us at 800-262-1001 and one of our Service Center representatives will help you make a payment over the phone.*
   2. You can use our automated SmartLine Telephone Banker system to make a payment. You won’t need to provide your loan number – the system will find it for you once you’ve authenticated.

* A $10 fee applies for this service.

 

4. Mail

We still take payments through regular mail. Please mail your loan payment, along with your name, address and loan number to:

5. Visit a Branch

Visit any of our six branch locations near you and make a payment with any of our Solutions Advisors.
