Smart-Line is our convenient telephone service designed for seamless telephone banking all from the comfort of your phone. It’s secure, easy to use, and available when you need it. Call 800-263-2623 to check balances, transfer funds, make payments, inquire about checks that have cleared, and much more. The IC Smart-Line menu will guide you in English or Spanish.
To use the IC Smart-Line you need your social security number, PIN number, account number (as listed on your statement), and any touch-tone phone.
If your using the IC Smart-Line for the first time, you’ll be prompted to enter your social security number, enter your birthdate, establish a 6-digit PIN number, and set your preferences.
