A Message from the President

A little over a year ago, you may have heard us talk about ‘The New IC’. At that time, we launched a refreshed visual identity that honored our past and propelled us to the future. However, to us, the idea of a ‘New IC’ goes well beyond a new logo. It means investing in key areas of the credit union, always with the goal of becoming a better institution for our members.

Let’s talk about the second item on this list – transforming our banking technology. We know that the speed of technological innovation has never been faster and that our members need and expect us to keep up. That’s why we’ve been hard at work building our foundation that will allow us to implement new solutions. That means putting new people in the right places and securing new partnerships that open the doors to new financial technologies.

That’s why I’m thrilled to announce that in a few short months, we’ll be transforming our digital banking platform. The new system will be easier to use and have more functionality, giving you more control over your finances than ever before. This, along with a few other foundational improvements, will seriously skyrocket our ability to serve you. Look for more detailed information on this transformation over the coming weeks. 

This is our 95th year serving our members. We’ve come this far because we’ve remained true to our vision: creating prosperity and financial wellbeing for all of our members and the communities in which they live. What better way to celebrate than launching something that helps our membership on their path to financial wellness. I couldn’t be more excited about the road ahead and I’m sure you will be too.
